Full description

Meta is building a new generation of consumer and business subscription products with MetaOne. Pricing and bundling are central to whether these products succeed and deliver value to people and businesses.

Meta is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead subscriptions pricing. The ideal candidate will have direct, hands-on experience setting pricing and bundling strategy for subscription products, an understanding of subscription business models, willingness-to-pay research and price elasticity, and a track record of translating that into decisions that grow adoption and revenue. They will coordinate cross-functional work with product, research, data science, finance and go-to-market peers to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving pricing strategy for Meta's subscription products — assessing market needs, conducting research to influence pricing and packaging decisions, establishing pricing governance and guardrails, and identifying opportunities to optimize monetization while protecting the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pricing, packaging and bundling strategy for Meta's subscription products, including price setting, experimentation, discounting/promotions and internationalization.
  • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback — representing market requirements internally with Product Management, Data Science and Engineering.
  • Drive ongoing pricing optimization, including periodic price adjustments, elasticity testing, to respond to market conditions and business goals.
  • Establish and uphold pricing governance, including principles, methodology, approval processes and guardrails across the subscriptions portfolio.
  • Own go-to-market strategy for pricing and packaging initiatives by guiding cross-functional teams in developing client communications, positioning and sales enablement.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and subscription market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership on pricing and packaging changes.
  • Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across regional and vertical teams, with the goal of scaling impact while meeting market-specific needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in pricing strategy, product marketing, product management, monetization or management consulting
  • Direct experience developing and executing pricing, packaging and bundling strategy for subscription products
  • Experience with pricing research, modeling and optimization (e.g. willingness-to-pay, price elasticity), and familiarity with key subscription metrics
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence and the ability to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-maker with experience using deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate complex issues
  • Communication skills that are effective with technical, business and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and driving clarity in complex situations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
  • Experience working across both B2B and B2C customer-driven development
  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience building out or scaling a pricing function or capability
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
