Key Responsibilities 

  • Supports retail project planning and delivery.
  • Coordinates tenants, contractors and stakeholders.
  • Assists with site inspections, design reviews and submissions.
  • Tracks programmes, deliverables and approvals.
  • Supports HSE, authority approvals and site compliance.
  • Assists with T&C, snagging and project close-out.
  • Maintains project documentation, trackers and reporting.
  • Supports meetings, client coordination and issue escalation.

Requirements 

Experience & Background 

  • 1–3 years’ relevant experience
  • Based in Dubai
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills
  • 1 Month Notice period
