SALARY: 10-15% hike on current salary

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Project Manager with 10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across the APAC Consumer Servicing
portfolio, from initiation through to post-implementation review
- Define and maintain project plans, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Drive delivery cadence across distributed squads in Malaysia, India, and the Philippines
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with business and
technology stakeholders
- Prepare and present clear status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional and global stakeholders
- Manage expectations across multiple competing priorities and escalate appropriately
Governance & Process
- Ensure projects adhere to agreed governance frameworks, change management
processes, and audit/compliance requirements
- Maintain project documentation including charters, RAID logs, decision registers, and
retrospective outputs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team delivery capability and
ways of working
- Champion Agile best practices and coach team members where needed
Requirements
Must Have
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of
delivering technology or digital transformation projects
- Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); ability to flex
between Agile and waterfall delivery models based on context
- Demonstrated ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple
concurrent initiatives
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working through ambiguity
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Office
suite)
Preferred
- Financial services industry experience — banking or insurance sector strongly preferred
- Exposure to consumer-facing technology platforms such as digital servicing portals, CRM
systems, contact centre platforms, or chatbot/AI solutions
- Familiarity with vendor management and third-party integration delivery
- Experience working within a regulated environment with compliance and audit
obligations
- Relevant professional certification: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent
