Haypp Group is one of the Nordic region’s leading e-commerce retailers in safer nicotine alternatives, with 17 digital storefronts across 7 countries. Our U.S. business is our fastest-growing market, and we’ve served millions of customers through our dedicated U.S. site, Nicokick.

With around 280 team members across Europe and the U.S., we’re now scaling our local operations in Arlington, Virginia. We’re an innovative, fast-moving company where ideas are welcomed, collaboration matters, and people are encouraged to make an impact.

THE ROLE

As a Junior Support Engineer in the Group IT team, you’ll play an important role in supporting colleagues across the organization and ensuring a smooth day-to-day technology experience. You’ll work closely with teams throughout the business, helping users resolve technical issues, setting up equipment, supporting onboarding, and maintaining our IT environment.

This is a hands-on role with a high degree of variety. One day you might be troubleshooting Outlook issues, replacing hardware, or configuring new devices, and the next you could be supporting larger IT initiatives alongside our senior Cloud Workspace Engineers. If you enjoy problem-solving, helping people, and developing your technical skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Arlington, Virginia, with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday.

  • Provide technical assistance and user training to help colleagues make the most of company technology
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and best practices to contribute to our internal knowledge base
  • Escalate complex cases to Cloud Workspace Engineers when required
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and security-related tasks across company devices and systems
  • Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives together with the wider IT team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Knowledge of network fundamentals, system maintenance, and end-user support
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management or similar platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly way
  • Service-minded attitude and a genuine interest in helping others succeed
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and work independently when needed

A BONUS IF YOU ALSO BRING

  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based workplace technologies and device management
  • Experience participating in IT infrastructure or workplace technology projects
  • Interest in developing your skills within cloud technologies and modern workplace solutions
