DevSecOps Engineering Manager

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our DevOps, CloudOps and SecOps technology groups. You’ll be responsible for growing high-performing engineering teams, optimizing resource allocation and chargeability, managing the department budget and partnering with Business teams to deliver technical solutions for new opportunities.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, operational excellence and business enablement.

As an Engineering Manager, you will:

• Lead, mentor and develop DevOps, CloudOps and SecOps engineers;

• Own performance management, career development and succession planning;

• Plan resource allocation and capacity across projects while maximizing team chargeability;

• Manage the department budget (salaries, learning & development, certifications and team initiatives);

• Support Sales and Business Development with technical estimations, solution design, RFPs and tender responses;

• Define and drive the Infrastructure & Platform roadmap, promoting CI/CD, Kubernetes, IaC and security best practices;

• Manage external subcontractors when additional delivery capacity is required;

• Track KPIs, risks and operational metrics, driving continuous improvement across the department.

What about you?

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure;

• 2+ years of experience managing a DevOps / DevSecOps team;

• Experience leading a team of engineers and mentoring junior engineers;

• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform;

• Strong background in Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Linux;

• Experience managing technical teams, budgets and resource planning;

• Proven involvement in presales activities, technical estimations or RFP responses;

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;

• Experience in security operations is a plus;

• Fluent English;

• At least Bachelor's Degree / University degree in Computer Science or related software engineering field.
