Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and has at least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst. You must possess strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL practices, and hold a ServiceNow CSA certification.

YOUR MISSION

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, your mission is to bridge business needs and technology solutions by gathering, analyzing and translating requirements into effective ServiceNow capabilities. You will play a key role in improving business processes, supporting product management activities and ensuring that ServiceNow solutions deliver value, quality and a seamless user experience across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Gather and translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve processes and define business needs.
  • Support ServiceNow ITSM implementations and enhancements.
  • Manage user stories, backlogs and priorities using Jira.
  • Maintain project documentation and requirements in Confluence.
  • Support Agile ceremonies in ServiceNow context, UAT and solution delivery.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL practices.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent in English and a strong communicator with an analytical mindset.
