Summary:

The Graphic Designer II creates polished, brand-aligned visual assets that support a wide range of business needs across marketing, product, communications, and internal initiatives. This role leads medium-to-large design projects, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and contributes to the evolution of Tekion’s visual identity. The ideal candidate has strong creative and technical skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of design outcomes from concept to delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design a variety of digital and print assets including campaign visuals, presentation decks, event materials, product graphics, and social media content
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging designs that support storytelling and strategic messaging
  • Contribute to the evolution and governance of Tekion’s visual brand system
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to gather requirements, present design concepts, and deliver final assets
  • Provide art direction for photoshoots, illustrations, or video components when applicable
  • Maintain organized design files and templates for reuse across the organization Mentor junior designers and participate in feedback and review cycles

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma; motion/animation experience is a plus
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and execution across formats
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices is a plus
