Our products consist of New England Coffee, French Market Coffee, Luzianne Iced Tea, Blue Plate Mayonnaise, Swans Down Cake Flour, Tiger Sauce, and Carroll Shelby Chili (to name a few) and can be found in foodservice and retail locations around the country. Description This position will work collaboratively with the Brand team on assignments, while adhering to our brand standards This role will consistently collaborate with the Brand Management Team, creative agencies, PR partners and E-Commerce partners Design a broad array of tactical brand ad and promotional executions including print and digital advertising, packaging design (Branded and private label), product renderings, point-of-purchase signage, shipper and rack displays, counter cards, web content, coupons, field marketing tools and sales presentations Consistently develop compelling creative designs aligning with established strategies and following specific brand guidelines and standards Partner with creative team members and internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on business objectives and effectively turn around feedback Translate creative briefs, asking clarifying questions to ensure creative fit based on assignment objectives Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, videographers and other designers closely on project deliverables Contribute to department operations, tracking jobs and inputs/outputs Oversee retouching and color correction of images Other duties as assigned, including company design support for HR This role will report to the Director of Marketing QualificationsQualifications The graphic designer must be knowledgeable and have previous experience developing creative for a variety of cross-channel content and must be proficient in design software and tools This position requires outstanding attention to detail and the ability to deliver compelling creative daily BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar degree is required 3+ years graphic design experience is preferred, ideally in a CPG/Marketing company Food and beverage experience a plus Proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop on the Mac platform is required - Includes Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Knowledge of Adobe XD preferred.
