As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Ongoing administration, configuration, support, and optimization of the Salesforce environment.
  • Updates, enhances, tests, implements, and maintains Salesforce solutions with an emphasis on usability, efficiency, data integrity, and system reliability.
  • Performs system administration duties, including user management, security configuration, automation, and reporting, while supporting business processes across the organization.
  • Regularly interfaces with executive leadership, business units, and end users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver scalable solutions.

Salary Range:

This is an exempt position. The starting salary range is;Level III $106,414.36 - $133,017.95, SR $131,113.13 - $163,891.42 however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Schedule:

Normally works a weekday schedule, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. May be required to travel overnight with or without notice. Could be subjected to on-call status.

Education/Experience:

Level III: Requires five years of experience in the administration, support, and configuration of Salesforce platforms. At least one year of experience supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is required. Financial institution experience is preferred.

Sr Level: Requires seven years of progressively responsible experience in the administration, support, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce platforms. At least three years of experience supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required for all levels.

Keys to success:

In order to be successful as a Salesforce Administrator you must possess these qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and standard objects.
  • Experience configuring and maintaining declarative Salesforce solutions, including Flow, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
  • Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining Salesforce applications, integrations, and related business systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, networking concepts, virtualization technologies, and systems administration principles.
  • Ability to utilize diagnostic, monitoring, and performance analysis tools to identify and resolve application, database, and system issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments effectively.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, or other Salesforce development technologies preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data management and integration tools, including Data Loader, ETL solutions, APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware technologies preferred.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle practices preferred.
