We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for an automotive company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 6 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

You bring

  • Solid experience managing complex technical projects and driving technical investigations, preferably within cloud platforms or software engineering.
  • Good technical understanding of cloud environments, DevOps and ideally observability technologies such as Grafana, Datadog or OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams with different priorities and dependencies.
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to challenge assumptions and build alignment, and a structured but pragmatic mindset.

We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive our observability initiatives, focusing on modern cloud-native observability solutions for monitoring, logging, metrics, distributed tracing and alerting, potentially leveraging technologies such as Grafana and OpenTelemetry on Kubernetes.

What You'll Do

  • Drive and coordinate technical projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead planning, follow-up and coordination of platform migrations and adoption.
  • Work closely with architects, platform engineers, DevOps and SRE teams.
  • Manage dependencies, risks and priorities, making sure blockers get resolved.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure new solutions are not just delivered, but successfully adopted and ready for operations.
  • Keep stakeholders informed and help drive decisions when needed.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving technical environment and knows how to get things done.

You bring:

  • Solid experience managing complex technical projects, preferably within cloud platforms or software engineering.
  • Good technical understanding of cloud environments, DevOps and, ideally, observability technologies such as Grafana, Datadog or OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams with different priorities and dependencies.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge stakeholders when needed.
  • A structured but pragmatic mindset, with a focus on results rather than processes for the sake of processes.
  • You don't need to be the technical expert in the room, but you should understand enough to ask the right questions and challenge the answers.

This role requires fluency in English.

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 6 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
