Our team is dedicated to providing engaging and memorable retail environments that enhance the guest experience, while reflecting the unique mission and values of each location we serve.

The Opportunity

Event Network creates retail experiences inside some of the country's most memorable cultural, educational, and entertainment destinations. As Merchant Project Manager, you will turn merchandising priorities into organized, visible, executable work by connecting people, timelines, information, presentations, and process across a fast-moving organization.

This role is ideal for someone exceptionally organized, proactive, and visually sophisticated. You will be a trusted project and communication partner to merchandising leadership, build polished executive and partner-facing decks, manage critical Monday.com workflows, and help priorities move from idea to completion with clarity and accountability.

CURIOSITY Ask the questions that uncover what is missing, anticipate what comes next, and continually look for smarter ways to move work forward.

GENEROSITY Make information easier to find, work easier to understand, and collaboration easier through structure, visibility, and thoughtful follow-through.

CREATIVITY Bring strong visual judgment and storytelling to presentations, tools, and processes so complex ideas become clear, compelling, and actionable.

Leadership Mandate

Create the operating structure that helps merchandising priorities move with speed and discipline. Own key project workflows, presentation decks, tracking tools, meeting outputs, and cross-functional coordination; surface risks and decisions; and ensure teams have the information and follow-through needed to execute.

Core Responsibilities

Lead Merchandising Project Management

  • Manage priority merchandising projects from initiation through completion with clear scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables. Translate leadership direction into actionable plans and maintain visibility to status, risks, open decisions, and changing priorities.
  • Coordinate across merchandising, Creative, Planning, Store Quality, Product Development, Purchasing Operations, and other partners. Identify bottlenecks early, follow up proactively, and escalate issues with a clear recommendation when needed.

Workflow Excellence

  • Serve as the merchandising power user for Monday.com, building and maintaining intuitive boards, dashboards, workflows, automations, and project views. Establish standards for statuses, owners, due dates, dependencies, files, and decision tracking.
  • Develop repeatable templates and workflows, train team members on effective use of Monday.com and related tools, simplify duplicate tracking, and improve visibility and accountability.
  • Ability to proactively surface workflow challenges, team support needs, and roadblocks to leadership, providing context and constructive recommendations to help improve processes and team effectiveness.

Build Impactful Presentations and Communication

  • Create polished PowerPoint and Canva presentations for executive reviews, partner meetings, product presentations, workshops, and strategic initiatives. Translate product imagery, financial highlights, timelines, and leadership direction into clear stories with strong visual hierarchy.
  • Coordinate inputs so content is complete, accurate, cohesive, and on time. Maintain presentation templates and standards and organize product images, samples, creative assets, and supporting materials for reviews.

Create Process, Structure, and Follow-Through

  • Build and maintain processes, assortment calendars, trackers, approval workflows, and shared resources that keep merchandising initiatives on track.
  • Own communication with Purchasing Team during assortment reviews, ensuring partner feedback and approvals are documented and reflected in timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
  • Organize files and resources in SharePoint and shared systems. Support merchandising leadership with workshops, planning sessions, presentations, and special projects.

The Team Member Who Will Flourish Here

  • Is exceptionally organized, proactive, resourceful, and known for strong follow-through.
  • Turns incomplete ideas and complex inputs into clear plans, tools, workflows, and presentations while remaining calm as priorities shift.
  • Communicates confidently across executives, merchants, creatives, store teams, and cross-functional partners and creates accountability.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, merchandising operations, retail, purchasing, or a related field, coordinating projects and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritizing work, managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and advancing initiatives.
  • Advanced Monday.com skills, including boards, dashboards, workflows, automations, templates, and project views.
  • Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint, with strong visual, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong Excel, reporting, data organization, SharePoint, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and action-oriented, with strong ownership and the ability to anticipate needs and create momentum.
