Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, emerging Sales Engineer to assist with supporting Account Management Web API initiatives within the Sales Engineering team. In this role, you will build deep expertise in account structures, managing both internal and client-facing relationships with confidence. You will context-switch seamlessly across priorities, contribute meaningfully to client and prospect calls, and play an active role in refining the tools and processes that drive our team's performance.
Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on the Account Management API, developing comprehensive knowledge across registration, account management, and funds & banking.
- Develop familiarity with the Digital Account Management platform to effectively support the existing base of legacy clients still operating within this process.
- Host prospect and client calls, confidently adapting between a sales approach and a structured overview of the API workflow depending on audience needs.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on the status and health of client relationships to ensure continuity and informed decision-making
- Assist in maintaining and continuously improving both internal and client-facing Account Management API documentation
- Respond to client inquiries across dedicated API mailboxes, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Leverage AI tools to efficiently troubleshoot client issues, identify effective solutions, and enhance the overall quality of support
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt messaging to varying audience knowledge levels.
- Strong multi-tasking, context-switching, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, efficient, and hardworking with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Comfortable with or eager to learn tools such as SQL, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Takes personal responsibility for identifying client needs and proactively driving solutions
