JOB OVERVIEW

As a Microsoft Dynamics QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Microsoft Dynamics solutions. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Test Planning and Strategy:

• Collaborate with the development and business analysis teams to understand project requirements.

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.

• Define and implement testing strategies for Microsoft Dynamics applications.

2. Test Execution:

• Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

• Identify and report defects with clear and detailed steps to reproduce.

3. Automation:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.

• Continuously explore opportunities for test automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand system functionality and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions.

5. Documentation:

• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.

• Provide clear and concise status reports on testing progress and issues.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics updates and industry best practices.

• Actively contribute to process improvements within the QA team.

Requirements

​• A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies.

• 2-3 years’ experience in QA testing.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
