Job Description:

Conducts financial analysis in support of global pricing initiatives by partnering cross‑functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Pricing teams. Synthesizes complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior and C‑level leadership. Manages recurring pricing activities, approvals, financial validations, and procedural updates to support ongoing business operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the Outside North America (ONA) Annual Pricing process, ensuring accurate financial analysis and cross‑functional alignment, and present financial data and insights to senior and C‑level leadership.
  • Validate and provide financial analysis for Sales Allowances request in Salesforce (Allison 360), collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop and update annual cost escalation assumptions based on market, cost, and economic drivers.
  • Support AT South America with payment of channel programs.
  • Develop, update, and review Finance and Pricing procedures to ensure process accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain SharePoint documentation, ensuring proper organization, version control, and accessibility.
  • Represent Finance on Product Line Teams by providing ongoing financial and analytical support and strategic pricing guidance.

 Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent Business field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively within teams.
  • Demonstrates problem solving and analytical abilities on complex topics
  • Highly proficient computer skills in MS Office (specifically Excel) and technology driven.
  • Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of a range of automated financial systems and applications software.
  • Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex annual financial reports, statements, and/or projections.
  • Ability to prioritize work and ensure all needed tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
  • Curious with the ability to learn and grow.
