Job Description: Enterprise64 is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer, specializing in Selenium with hands-on Python expertise. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing scripts, writing test cases, and applying industry best practices, such as proper assertions and SOLID principles. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to automate testing processes and implement cutting-edge quality assurance techniques.

Responsibilities:• 6+ Years in automation tools and frameworks, responsible for driving QA best practices and enhancing testing methodologies.

  • Perform hands-on automation testing across various layers, including UI, API, and backend services, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure efficient, scalable, and robust testing processes.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, enhancing the speed and reliability of testing cycles.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define automation strategies.
  • Operate within an Agile environment, ensuring QA processes align with sprint goals and delivery timelines.
  • Mentor and coach junior QA engineers on automation practices, tools, and frameworks.
  • Contribute to performance testing and ensure automation supports a broader strategy covering functional, performance, and security aspects.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation.
  • Proven expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks—particularly Selenium with Python.
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Solid understanding of API testing and automation using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and experience working within Scrum teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills; able to work closely with development teams and mentor junior QA team members.
