OSP Project Manager
Location: Milton, WA Travel: Up to 25%

What You'll Do
As an OSP Project Manager, you'll take charge of projects in your designated area, ensuring they're completed safely, on time, and within budget. You'll be the driving force behind planning, execution, and success, tackling challenges head-on while leading your team to victory.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Surveying potential projects and developing detailed management plans, including activities, drawings, legal requirements, cost estimates, and more.
- Taking ownership of project financials, tracking costs, revenue, and overseeing invoicing processes.
- Keeping customers and team members in the loop with regular project updates through daily and weekly meetings.
- Leading project bids and working with management to ensure competitive and well-structured proposals.
- Acting as the go-to expert for technical support, implementation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations.
- Most importantly, ensuring safety and quality remain the top priorities.
Work Location & Travel
This position is primarily based out of our Milton, Washington office. While the OSP Project Manager will work from our home base in Milton, travel of up to 25% will be required to support project planning, customer meetings, site visits, and field operations. Travel may vary depending on project demands and will include projects throughout Washington State, with a particular emphasis on Eastern Washington. Occasional overnight travel may be required based on project needs.
This is a safety-sensitive position, and all candidates must pass a drug test.
