- Map and optimize end-to-end dealership processes with a primary focus on
After-Sales (Service, Workshop & Spare Parts).
- Conduct current vs future state and gap analyses to drive process improvement.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose pragmatic, industry-aligned improvements.
2 - Automotive Domain Leadership

- Ensure business processes and system requirements are fully documented and
audit-ready.

- Experience supporting multi-branch or multi-market dealership operations.• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Soft Skills & Competencies
- Structured, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, changing environments.
- High integrity, strong governance mindset, and audit awareness.
