Full description
This position reports to our Head of Design, working closely with the wider marketing team to put together creative across a variety of channels including social, email and web content.
You will need to be adept at taking an idea, imagery or raw footage along with key stakeholders input and delivering an effective execution with engaging visuals and thought-provoking copy.
The creative team defines, maintains, and expands the group brands, supplying visual solutions, language and design support for a wide variety of teams.
You will look to find ways to push the brand to deliver the most creative output, spending your time split between producing digital creative for social media, being immersed in the marketing team on a day-to-day basis.
Able to work to a brief but has the confidence to be proactive in producing engaging creative when they see an opportunity, using brand guidelines and having knowledge of best practice when it comes to social and creative content.
Accomplished in all the standard software packages that a creative needs to get the job done, with a varied toolbox to select from whether it be sketching out ideas or creating concepts, before executing first class collateral.

● A portfolio you’re proud of that demonstrates strong design skills, including knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout
● A keen understanding of design systems and brand development
● Experience creating content for all major social networks with an understanding of what drives conversion on each of these social channels
● Evidence of creating and working to brand guidelines, but also willing to be innovative and push the limits of the brand
● Experience designing and working to deadlines
● A passion for sport, a key aspect of working in our industry
● Motion graphics, photography and / or copywriting experience is a plus

● Capable of working on multiple design projects in tandem, using strong organisational skills
● An excellent communicator, skilled in explaining and defending your work when required; showing confidence in your own abilities and ideas
● Passionate about design generally, as well as a keen interest in and understanding of sports
● Proactive, always looking for opportunities to improve conversion
● Adept at working in a fast-paced environment, being able to create high quality and engaging content to deadlines that are error-free and visually appealing
● Experienced in working in a collaborative, small but agile team including experience of working with marketing teams
● Hard-working, a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
● A conceptual thinker with an aptitude for sharing and learning new skills
