About NeoXam

NeoXam is a leading B2B fintech software vendor serving buy-side investment managers and asset servicers globally. Our platform covers data management, reconciliation, fund accounting, reporting, and portfolio management. As we scale, we are investing in the reliability, automation, and security of the infrastructure and delivery pipelines that power our platform.

The Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to own the design, automation, and reliability of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

The problem space is clear: engineering teams need fast, safe, and repeatable ways to build, test, and ship software across multiple products and client environments. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership, from infrastructure design to production operations. As the initiative matures, you will have the opportunity to shape standards adopted across engineering.

What You Will Work On

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support multiple engineering teams and products
  • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent) across environments
  • Deploy, operate, and scale containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Build monitoring, logging, and alerting systems that give engineering and support teams real visibility into production health
  • Automate configuration management, release processes, and routine operational tasks to reduce manual toil
  • Define and enforce security, access control, and secrets management practices across the infrastructure (DevSecOps)
  • Continuously improve system reliability, deployment speed, and cost efficiency based on real usage and incidents

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-7 years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience
  • Must have hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong scripting ability in Python, Bash, or Go for automation
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, Terraform preferred
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)
  • Working knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or equivalent)
  • Solid Linux system administration and networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, VPC,firewalls)
  • Comfortable working end-to-end autonomously, from design to production operations

Who You Are

  • A builder, energized by improving systems that other teams depend on
  • Pragmatic, you pick the right tool, not the flashiest one
  • Autonomous, you drive toward outcomes without waiting to be told what to do next
  • Detail-oriented, you take reliability and security seriously

Why Join

  • Ownership of infrastructure and delivery pipelines that power a global fintech platform
  • Direct visibility with engineering leadership on architecture decisions
  • Path to growing scope and influence as the initiative matures
