Full description

We are looking for a System Administrator to support the Belgrade office and maintain reliable day-to-day IT infrastructure for local employees and equipment.

Tasks

  • Providing administrative support (scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, etc);
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office space (coordinating repairs, managing office equipment, and overseeing office security);
  • Personnel management tasks such as conducting orientation for new employees, and managing employee records;
  • Monitoring and controlling office expenses, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with the finance department;
  • Planning and coordinating company events (meetings, conferences, parties, etc) which includes arranging venues, managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of the events;
  • Maintaining files, records, and databases, as well as ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations;
  • Improvement of the office efficiency and productivity;
  • Supervise and provide support to administrative staff (assign tasks, provide guidance and training, and foster a positive and productive work environment).

Requirements

Core:

  • 3+ or more years of experience in a System Administrator or similar IT support role;
  • Knowledge of local and global network fundamentals;
  • Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP;
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work on-site in the Belgrade office.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with office hardware lifecycle management;
  • Experience supporting a distributed corporate IT environment.
