Job Description

We are looking for a System Administrator (Linux) to join a team responsible for the administration, evolution, and operation of Red Hat OpenShift platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Linux environments and container technologies, ensuring the availability, security, scalability, and efficiency of critical application platforms. This role also involves driving automation initiatives, supporting DevOps practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
  • Ensure the availability, security, scalability, and performance of containerized environments.
  • Install, configure, monitor, and maintain OpenShift clusters.
  • Manage compute, network, and storage resources across the platform.
  • Implement upgrades, patches, and security measures.
  • Support development teams in adopting DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native best practices.
  • Participate in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Optimize platform performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Automate platform management and operational processes using CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Implement and enhance monitoring, observability, and operational processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of services and application infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Linux system administration.
  • Strong experience managing and operating Kubernetes environments.
  • Solid knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Experience with automation and scripting using Python.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of GitOps methodologies.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience monitoring and optimizing critical production platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
