Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead HR and Payroll transformation projects for clients across Finland and Europe.

You will be responsible for delivering implementation, migration, and digitalisation initiatives while managing stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and project teams. Experience within HR, Payroll, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or outsourcing environments is highly valued.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR and Payroll projects.
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations.
  • Drive project governance, reporting, and steering committee activities.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding scope, timeline, budget, and risks.
  • Ensure successful project delivery aligned with quality and compliance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.

Your Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of project management experience in HR, Payroll, HCM, or related transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent Finnish and English, written and spoken,
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certification is beneficial.
