Overview

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for planning and implementing the design, installation, and connectivity of server systems and network infrastructure. As part of this position, you will be expected to have knowledge of Amazon Web Services cloud services in order to ensure that the organization's IT resources run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build a secure cloud infrastructure in AWS
  • Microsoft Windows and Linux Server administration
  • Task automation with PowerShell or bash
  • Active Directory/DNS/DHCP administration

Networking: IP Addressing, Subnets, Routing, and Switching | Server configuration with Chef, Puppet or Ansible.

  • Understand and follow IT change management protocols
  • Documentation experience - review, creation, testing, execution, and cross training.
  • Nice to have: Ability to program and automate tasks in any standard language | Ability to troubleshoot network related issue from end to end | Familiar with JIRA, FTP, and monitoring software. | Hands on knowledge about Network and Security.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience on system administration
  • Adopting a “team first” mentality and working collaboratively to solve problems and meet shared goals
