As a Product Manager based in Aberdeen, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing supplier relationships across plumbing, heating and bathroom categories.
- Growing product ranges to increase sales and profitability.
- Driving margin through pricing, rebates and commercial initiatives.
- Launching new products and managing existing ranges.
- Supporting promotions, marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Maintaining commercial systems, data accuracy and reporting.
- Providing sales, margin and financial insights to support decision-making.
- Identifying market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities
- Collaborating across the business to deliver commercial success.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

- Commercial experience within a product, supplier or category management environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced IT and Excel skills.
- A proactive, commercially focused mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities and delivering results.
- Industry knowledge and understanding of the William Wilson business would be beneficial.
