Find your purpose as a Senior Project Manager with CentraCare. This is a grant funded Project Management role specifically designed to focus on our Rural Health Transformation. The Senior Project Manager coordinates activities of internal and external groups (staff, vendors, partners, etc.) to achieve project goals. The primary function of this position is to mentor and guide project management staff within Information Systems and lead large-scale project or organizational initiatives. In addition, this individual also functions and fulfills the duties and responsibilities of an IS Project Manager role.
Schedule:
- Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Mon-Fri Days
- Hybrid of at-home and in-office (St. Cloud Hospital) work
- This grant funded position will have a duration of 5 years with possible extension or possible permanency at end of term.
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $96,283.20 per year and increases with experience.
- Salary range: $96,283.20-$144,414.40 per year• Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Clinical, Information Systems, Business Administration or Management, or Project Management discipline from an accredited 4-year college or university or 5 years at a minimum of Project Management experience required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification among hire within 5 Yrs.
- Solid knowledge of software development and project management methodologies required.
- Firm understanding of software architecture, development and QA processes.
- Knowledge of applications and/or infrastructure processes.
- Proven ability to monitor and track performance, anticipate risks, and resolve issues.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
