The Opportunity

Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a Campus Engineering Manager supporting the dual-branded campus of TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. Together, these two distinctive Marriott brands offer a powerful blend of elevated luxury and modern simplicity, serving Silicon Valley’s leading tech, corporate, and campus-based clientele.

As a Campus Sales Manager, You’ll:

  • Lead and develop the Engineering team.
  • Oversee maintenance operations across both hotels.
  • Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and life safety systems.
  • Administer preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
  • Manage budgets, inventories, vendors and capital projects.
  • Partner with Operations teams to support guest satisfaction.
  • Support Director of Engineering with manager tasks and additional duties.
  • Support campus-wide sales strategies, promotions, and special projects as assigned.

  • 5+ years of engineering or facilities management experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, campus-based team environment.
