The Technical Success - Carrier Field Engineering team is integral to this success, partnering directly with these carriers to overcome technical barriers and integrate best-in-class Apple practices for enterprise customers.
Description
As the Carrier Field Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of exceptional Field Engineers who serve as trusted advisors on the Apple ecosystem, driving the successful adoption and integration of Apple technologies within our major US Carrier partners and their enterprise clients. You and your team will deeply understand our carriers' businesses and technical ambitions, transforming the way they operate by delivering innovative technical solutions and ensuring seamless integration of Apple's hardware, software, and services.
You will remove technical barriers and friction points, improve customer readiness for our platform, and accelerate business transformation through Apple platform adoption. This role requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, building strong cross-functional relationships internally and with carrier partners to drive meaningful, lasting impact. You'll be at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and partnership, helping shape how millions of enterprise users experience Apple's ecosystem through our carrier relationships.

Minimum Qualifications
Approximately 7 plus years of experience leading technical, solutions-oriented teams Strong business acumen, including an understanding of financial drivers and strategic planning for sustainable growth Profound understanding and experience with complex IT enterprise environments, including deployment strategies, security frameworks, and mobile architectures Extensive background in mobile technology and solutions, including carrier network infrastructure (e.g., 5G, Private Networks, Network Slicing), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and advanced security solutions Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Strategic foresight to anticipate emerging industry trends and proactively identify growth opportunities with carrier partners Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for diverse audiences Experience with AI integration within mobile ecosystems Demonstrated success advising on technical business transformation initiatives for large enterprises or in a consultative pre-sales engineering capacity Strong grasp of Apple's approach to Security and Privacy, with the ability to articulate the inherent benefits of our integrated approach
