What will you do?

  • Business Growth & Portfolio Ownership:
  • Own the P&L for the Water Purification portfolio, including revenue growth, margin, and customer base health
  • Lead strategies to grow new customer acquisition
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand product offerings, vendor partnerships, and packages
  • Execute annual price increase strategies while balancing retention and competitiveness
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Field, and Call Centre teams to drive growth and execution excellence
  • Customer Retention & Lifecycle Management:
  • Develop and execute retention strategies to manage and reduce customer churn
  • Segment customers by churn likelihood and deploy targeted retention initiatives
  • Partner with Call Centre and Field teams to improve customer experience and save rates
  • Lead loyalty, upgrade, and cross-sell initiatives to increase customer lifetime value
  • Strategic Planning & Product Roadmap:
  • Build and maintain a 2-year roadmap for Water Purification products and services
  • Identify opportunities for innovation (e.g., filtration technology, service models, sustainability)
  • Drive new product introductions and go-to-market strategies
  • Support Supply Chain with forecasting and inventory planning
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop effective campaigns and value propositions
  • Align with Finance, Legal, Procurement and Operations on pricing, promotions, and governance
  • Ensure CRM accuracy for pricing, products, and packages

What do you bring?

  • 7+ years’ experience in product/category management in Water Purification, Plumbing, Home Services or adjacent industries
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Experience managing RMR (recurring monthly revenue) portfolios
  • Strong understanding of retention, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management
  • Proven ability to drive profitable growth through product strategy and execution
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • MBA or technical background considered an asset
