Job Description

Are you an experienced Power BI professional looking to take ownership of the entire reporting lifecycle? We are looking for a Power BI Developer to lead the transformation of a KYC and AML reporting ecosystem, replacing manual processes with scalable, automated, and high-impact BI solutions. You'll work closely with a Senior Power BI Developer based in Paris while enjoying a high level of technical autonomy and ownership.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions, covering data extraction, ETL processes, data modeling, and dashboard development.
  • Transform and optimize complex Excel-based business rules, calculations, and reconciliation logic into efficient Power BI solutions using DAX and Power Query (M).
  • Develop automated reconciliation processes to identify, monitor, and report data inconsistencies between Fenergo and the Golden Source.
  • Drive the industrialization of reporting by replacing manual Excel extracts with automated, scheduled, and scalable reporting processes.
  • Manage data connectivity, security configurations (including Row-Level Security), and performance optimization to ensure reliable and user-friendly reporting solutions.
  • Deliver interactive, self-service dashboards that support business decision-making and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a similar data-focused role.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, dashboard development, and performance tuning.
  • Solid experience with SQL and data extraction from multiple sources, as well as exposure to enterprise reporting and extraction tools such as Business Objects or equivalent solutions.
  • Proven ability to design and maintain efficient data models capable of supporting large-scale and complex regulatory datasets.
  • Experience building automated reporting frameworks, data reconciliation processes, and self-service analytics environments.
  • Knowledge of data governance, access management, and Row-Level Security (RLS) within Power BI environments.
  • Professional fluency in English (C1).

  • Workplace type: Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote).
