Due to growth, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Dallas team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of one or more construction projects by ensuring they are completed safely, within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with the company's quality standards and client expectations. You will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on long-term planning, forecasting, risk mitigation, and strategic problem-solving to ensure project success while supporting business development and mentoring project teams.

Essential Job Functions
- Lead project planning, mobilization, and overall project execution
- Manage CPM baseline schedules, monthly schedule updates, narratives, and schedule revisions resulting from project changes and delays
- Oversee timely and accurate subcontractor buyout activities, including compliance with company bonding policies
- Promote and enforce company safety policies and programs throughout all project phases
- Provide oversight and support for project Quality Control Programs
- Guide Project Managers in developing and maintaining Schedules of Values (SOV) to support positive cash flow
- Review weekly and monthly job cost reports and prepare project financial analyses
- Identify cost and schedule challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives
- Participate in business development activities, including client meetings, proposals, presentations, and relationship management
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Review monthly draw requests
- Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts for assigned projects
- Ensure subcontractor and vendor invoices are reviewed and approved accurately and timely
- Manage the prime and subcontractor change order process
- Supervise, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project staff
- Establish performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and identify training and development opportunities
- Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable and successful project closeout in accordance with contract requirements
- Maintain a thorough understanding of prime contracts, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, insurance requirements, and contract documents
- Participate in estimate reviews with a focus on cost control, constructability, equipment utilization, manpower planning, scheduling, and project risk
- Lead the transition of projects from preconstruction to field operations, including project review meetings and startup planning
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent industry experience
- 5-10 years of experience managing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of contract documents, construction operations, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, equipment utilization, and cash flow management
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office applications
