About the Team

The Delivery & Planning team exists to drive the successful delivery of technology initiatives across Pandora's Digital & Technology function.

Working closely with Product, Project and Development teams, we focus on delivering business outcomes faster, improving ways of working, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, effectively and within budget.

This is a collaborative and forward-thinking team where continuous improvement, problem-solving and stakeholder partnership are at the heart of everything we do.

 

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Store Network Expansion, you will play a key role in delivering Pandora's store growth strategy across the Asia Pacific region.

You will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of all IT-related activities associated with:

  • New store openings
  • Store relocations
  • Store refits
  • Acquisitions

Operating within a matrix environment across multiple markets and time zones, you'll partner with internal stakeholders, external vendors and regional teams to ensure stores open on time with fully operational technology solutions in place.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, building scalable processes and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for all technology components of store expansion activities across APAC.
  • Develop, maintain and track project plans, milestones, budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Process Improvement & Standardisation

  • Drive consistency across store expansion projects.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of regional playbooks, governance frameworks and standard operating procedures.

Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary contact for regional vendors and subcontractors.
  • Monitor performance against project timelines, service levels and quality standards.
  • Manage escalations and drive accountability across vendor partnerships.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships across regional markets, store operations, leadership teams and external partners.
  • Provide clear communication and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain project documentation including schedules, budgets, risks and issue logs.
  • Prepare regular status reports and ensure compliance with project governance requirements.
  • Provide transparency on project progress, risks and outcomes.

Risk & Quality Management

  • Proactively identify and manage project risks.
  • Establish effective escalation pathways.
  • Ensure robust testing and quality assurance processes are completed prior to store openings.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the evolution of the Store Network Expansion operating model.
  • Share learnings, feedback and recommendations to improve future project delivery.

 

About You

Essential Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience in project management, preferably within technology, infrastructure, retail or multi-site environments.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience working with vendors and managing delivery against agreed outcomes.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.

 

Key Skills

  • Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to maintain delivery quality while managing competing priorities.
  • Experience establishing or improving operational processes.

Vendor Management

  • Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Understanding of SLAs, governance and performance management.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Ability to influence and build relationships across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Confident communicating with both operational and senior stakeholders.

Technical Understanding

  • Familiarity with:
  • Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Network infrastructure
  • ISP connectivity
  • Store technology environments

Problem Solving

  • Analytical mindset with strong root-cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify, manage and resolve issues.

 

Highly Regarded

  • Retail store rollout or expansion project experience.
  • Experience working across APAC markets.
  • Exposure to managed service environments.
  • Process improvement and operational excellence experience.
  • Technical troubleshooting experience relating to POS or network infrastructure.
