As part of a diverse and skilled Product Delivery team for the CRM solution, you will be tasked with providing project management for customer-facing projects primarily for onboarding new Navanta CRM customers, upgrading on premise customers, and change request efforts as needed. You’ll coordinate and ensure completion of projects on time, within a budget and within scope; setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of projects. This position works under the leadership of the Senior Director of Product Delivery - CES and in collaboration with other team members across the organization.
Knowledge and Skills
A qualified individual will possess the following:
- Strong understanding of Project Management discipline, deliverables, and technologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and program simultaneously
- Basic understanding of core banking principles and banking application ecosystems
- Basic understanding of CRM principles and ability to quickly learn the details of this CRM solution
- Ability to create a collaborative environment to effectively plan, organize and drive projects to completion
- Demonstrated accountability for achieving project deliverables and business outcomes
- Strong senseof ownership for project outcomes, team coordination, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Ability to proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities, and take action to address them
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communicationskills
- Experience managing projects through the full life cycle

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Align project objectives with organizational strategies and ensure team is clear on project objectives
- Identify and manage required resources efficiently and effectively
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide consistent and clear project updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure that the project management deliverables are aligned with evolving PMO standards
- Monitor and analyze project performance to ensure the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Implement and manage change control processes when necessary to meet project objectives
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience preferred
- Professional Project Management (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in the financial industry or a technology-focused environment preferred
