Job Summary Overview
The position is responsible for managing an infrastructure project as a service by directing and coordinating the day-to-day activities, tasks and deliverables required from the project team according to the project plan using ITIL or architectural frameworks.
Essential Job Functions
- Applies knowledge of systems development lifecycle approaches as they apply to Project Management for the establishment, management and delivery of IT Products and Solutions.
- Manages and oversees all aspects of technology projects to ensure they are completed on-time and within budget.
- Responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables.
- Develops and completes requests for proposals (RFP), requests for information (RFI), statements of work (SOW), and conducts the technical and contract review process in connection with any new vendor relationships.
- Uses and gathers information for information system structures, processes, and protocols.
- Oversees all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and communication progress of projects to ensure projects are completed within budget, scope and negotiated timeframes.
- Forecasts project completion estimates and prepare status reports for the benefit of senior leadership.
- Develops detailed project plans, monitors project milestones and generates periodic status reports.
- Evaluates and manages risk and incorporates quality measures and standards to project deliverables.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Position Required Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Information System, and 10 years of experience managing large scale and complex IT / Technology projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Past and demonstratable experience in the successful project delivery and a working knowledge in all of the following technical disciplines: (1) Virtual systems such as VMware and/or Windows; (2) Archival and backup applications and solutions; (3) Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and knowledge of one or more enterprise back-office applications such as: Microsoft (MS) Exchange 2010, MS SQL Server; (4) Design, installation, configuration and upgrade of infrastructure components such as virtual and physical servers, storage, routers, firewalls and switches; (5) Microsoft 365. Expert level understanding and knowledge of traditional and agile project management methodologies including the proper application. Experience in leading cross-functional organizational wide project teams. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse teams. Must have solid analytical and problem-solving abilities and be a specialist on complex and highly technical projects and teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of computers and software applications in Windows, Word, Excel, Visio, and MS Project (or other project management tool). Ability to read, write speak, and use proper grammar in English. Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and document technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, and government regulations. Ability to write business correspondence. Ability to define situations, document data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to calculate rates, rations, and percentages.
Licenses, Training, and Certifications Required
None.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management training and certification(s). Project Management experiencing in implementations and upgrades of IT enterprise applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Resource Management (HRMS), Service and Delivery Management, Asset Management, or Core Financial Institution applications.

- Occasionally be required to stand; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Frequently be required to walk and sit.
- Regularly be required to use hands to finger keys accurately when use computer keyboards and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- The employee must be able to travel independently to department and branch locations.
