Business Analyst
(Based at Activewear - Nawala)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support strategic decision-making initiatives/discussions by participating at relevant meetings/forums, carrying out relevant groundwork, research and data analysis via connecting with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely availability of information required to support decision making.
- Prepare monthly reports on budgets, KPI charts for each department in order to monitor and compare customer complaints register.
- Attend meetings with the HODs and identify variances and agree on necessary actions to be implemented
- Facilitate visits made by customers, analyze the behavior of each customer and attend to their need. Also prepare strategic business presentations and reports at the meeting
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- An academic/ professional qualification in Finance or Business Management
- 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
- Planning & Organizing skills
