GSC SAM Sr. Business Analyst will be working with the Finance Business partner and the variety of Schneider Electric businesses to drive financial support and partnership facing the Global Supply Chain and Commercial organizations in South America. The company of such growth requires quick, adaptive, innovative, and collaborative approach to drive best in class business partnership.

What will you do?

  • Lead and conduct CSC and TP Campaigns for the SAM Region. +130 stakeholders involved including Offer Managers, Master Data, Business Finance, Pricing, Supply Chain
  • Act as main point of contact for supporting on workflow roadblocks, WF standardization and WF best practices
  • Ad hoc analysis regarding CSC and TP YoY change, conduct analysis by business, region, product line and business partner with local teams to understand and explain results
  • Collaborate as Direct CCO owner for processes involving CSC
  • Month end and RF support for SAM Logistics
  • Support Core References initiative by engaging with global and local costing teams to ensure CSC tracking for specific commercial references

Required skills:

  • Manage multiple deadlines at a time - especially during campaign periods
  • Ability to teach - people require constant training. Everyone from Offer Managers, Master Data, CoCe Interns.
  • Eagerness to learn from other areas - the role requires to acquire technical knowledge regarding tax, accounting, gsc finance, among others
