Full description

We are looking for an Electrical Products and Services Project Manager to join Sunly’s Retail team. You will take ownership of electrical construction projects and help grow our portfolio of solar, battery storage and EV charging solutions. Your role will cover project coordination, working with installers and other partners, and providing technical guidance to customers.

What you will work on

  • Coordinate and deliver electrical construction projects, taking responsibility for their successful completion
  • Manage subcontractors and installation teams and coordinate the work of the wider project team
  • Monitor and manage solar and battery systems for our existing retail customers
  • Advise customers on technical solutions, prepare proposals, respond to enquiries, build the sales pipeline and close contracts
  • Work closely with our Sales and After-sales teams, supporting and training colleagues on electrical construction and technical topics
  • Collaborate with teams across Sunly to ensure our new and existing assets can operate effectively in the ancillary services market
  • Grow and develop our portfolio of battery storage, solar and EV charging solutions while identifying new after-sales and service opportunities

What describes you

  • Previous experience in electrical construction, renewable energy or other energy solutions
  • A relevant university degree and a good understanding of electrical installations, electrical construction principles and requirements
  • Project management experience and the ability to manage subcontractors
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with a proactive and independent approach to work
  • Curiosity about new products and services and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new solutions
  • Fluency in Estonian and English and a Category B driving licence

It is a plus if you have

  • Experience with solar and battery projects or EV charging solutions
  • Previous experience in customer-facing or technical sales roles, as well as project budgeting or pricing
  • Knowledge of electricity markets and ancillary services
  • An electrical qualification or certification
  • Understanding of basic communication equipment and its configuration

What we offer

  • Support for your wellbeing, inside and outside work - a quarterly sports allowance via Stebby, comprehensive employer-provided health insurance (including dental care and specialist visits), and access to mental health counselling and coaching via siffi.com
  • Time to rest and reset - 28 working days of annual leave, counted only in working days and usable flexibly, plus additional paid days off, including health days and leave for important life events
  • Room to grow professionally - meaningful, hands-on challenges and a dedicated training budget for courses, certifications, and conferences, alongside internal learning opportunities to support your development
  • Flexible hybrid work - we work in a hybrid way, with no fixed rules on office days. You are trusted to balance remote work with time in the office, and while much can be done remotely, a lot happens in the office and being there regularly makes collaboration easier
  • Work that contributes to the energy transition - you will be part of a team building and scaling renewable energy across the region, working on services that support a more sustainable energy system

If you are excited about contributing to the renewable energy sector, we would love to hear from you! We review applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
