In this role, you'll:

You will lead the end-to-end management of business demand, partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, shape opportunities, and translate requirements into practical, strategic, and deliverable outcomes. Working closely with business and Client engagement teams , architects, engineers, and delivery partners, you will assess priorities, evaluate solution options, and balance competing demands to maximise business value and ensure successful delivery. You will provide informed recommendations to senior leaders and governance forums, presenting complex information in a clear and compelling manner to support decision-making and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

As a trusted intermediary between business and technology, you will evaluate proposals against platform capabilities, architectural standards, and long-term sustainability objectives, helping stakeholders understand trade-offs, risks, and opportunities. You will continuously build your understanding of the organisation’s platforms, products, and business domains, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the evolution of services, processes, and ways of working.

About You

You are an experienced professional with a strong track record of managing business demand, driving prioritisation decisions, and delivering outcomes in complex enterprise environments. You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders through well-structured analysis, evidence-based recommendations, and clear articulation of business and technical considerations. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and building consensus to achieve organisational objectives.

You possess a strong understanding of how business requirements align with technology strategy, architecture, and platform capability. You can confidently evaluate trade-offs, communicate technical constraints in business terms, and develop practical solutions that balance immediate needs with long-term value. Curious and adaptable by nature, you demonstrate strong learning agility and a commitment to continuous improvement, enabling you to quickly develop expertise in new technologies, products, and business domains while contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.
