Meet Fetch Product
At Fetch, Product is a multidisciplinary practice that brings together product management, design, and illustration to shape how users experience our platform. Product teams translate complex systems, data, and business needs into simple, compelling, and trustworthy experiences.
Teams operate in problem spaces where ambiguity is common, and the right answer is rarely obvious. Success requires strong judgment, user empathy, and the ability to make informed tradeoffs across usability, feasibility, and impact while maintaining a high bar for craft, accessibility, and trust.
Product partners work closely with engineering, AI & data, and business stakeholders to define direction, test ideas, and guide work from discovery through delivery, ensuring what we build creates meaningful value for millions of users.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape and deliver Fetch’s off-platform audience products. Fetch’s deterministic, receipt-verified purchase data gives advertisers a powerful foundation for reaching consumers based on what they actually buy. This role will make those audiences easier to discover, build, expand, and activate across programmatic, social, and publisher platforms.
You’ll own the audience product roadmap within the Data Products Team, partnering with engineering, data science and commercial teams to identify customer needs and prioritize opportunities that grow the business. Your scope will span audience discovery and configuration, lookalike and predictive expansion, partner connectivity, and the shared services that support self-service workflows.
This role combines product strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll help determine which audience capabilities to invest in, where to build versus partner, and how to balance audience scale, quality, speed, and cost. You’ll also turn those decisions into clear requirements and lead delivery from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Shape the audience roadmap. Translate advertiser needs, market opportunities, partner feedback, and commercial goals into a prioritized roadmap for Fetch’s off-platform audience products.
- Advance audience expansion capabilities. Partner with data science and engineering to develop lookalike and predictive audience offerings, define evaluation criteria, and inform decisions about partner-provided versus Fetch-built capabilities.
- Make audiences easier to discover and buy. Define audience taxonomy, descriptions, selection criteria, and discovery capabilities so customers and commercial teams can find the right audiences and understand their scale, freshness, and availability.
- Build a scalable audience lifecycle. Own product requirements for audience creation, sizing, expansion, activation, refresh, and status visibility, reducing manual work and improving turnaround times.
- Expand activation connectivity. Prioritize and deliver audience integrations with DSPs, identity providers, and other activation partners, including decisions about direct connections versus intermediary platforms.
- Enable self-service audience workflows. Partner with application teams to power audience tools and external APIs through reusable services for configuration, expansion, and activation.
- Improve audience reach and quality. Work with identity and data science teams to translate matching and enrichment capabilities into better audience coverage, sizing, and targeting.
- Lead delivery and partner launches. Define requirements and success criteria, align dependencies, and work directly with engineering and partners through implementation, testing, launch, and ongoing improvements.
- Own product outcomes. Establish and track audience adoption, activation success, match rates, expansion turnaround, delivery reliability, and operating cost. Partner with GTM and Business Development to connect product investments to revenue opportunities.
- Build privacy into the product. Partner with Legal, Privacy, and engineering to ensure audience creation, expansion, and distribution follow approved data uses and access controls.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in programmatic advertising, audience products, or ad tech.
- Experience owning a product roadmap and making prioritization decisions based on customer needs, commercial impact, technical dependencies, and effort.
- Direct experience building audience activation products, DSP integrations, or audience data-sharing platforms.
- A working understanding of audience segmentation, identity resolution, privacy-safe matching, and the tradeoffs between audience scale and precision.
- Familiarity with lookalike or predictive audiences and the ability to partner with data scientists on use cases, evaluation criteria, and product requirements.
- Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and partner integrations. You can work through architecture and data-flow decisions with engineering and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Strong product judgment, including the ability to evaluate build-versus-partner options and distinguish reusable capabilities from one-off requests.
- A track record of taking ambiguous opportunities from discovery to a live product, then using adoption, quality, and operational data to improve it.
- Clear communication across technical and commercial teams, with the ability to explain tradeoffs, align stakeholders, and lead productive partner conversations.
- Curiosity about AI and a willingness to use new tools thoughtfully to accelerate learning and improve your work.
