Candidates must have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience and hold a graduate degree in any specialization. A postgraduate degree, specifically an MBA, is also required for this position.

Full description

To analyze business requirements, operational performance, and process effectiveness within TPP initiatives, providing insights and recommendations that support business objectives and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Raise and process General Insurance (GI) commission invoices and ensure timely and accurate commission distribution.
  • Manage IRDAI SP certification activities, including fresh certifications, renewals, and reimbursement tracking.
  • Obtain, validate, and monitor monthly confirmations from branches and zones for business reporting purposes.
  • Maintain and update training program records and related business documentation.
  • Prepare, analyze, and publish Business Review MIS reports to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Generate and manage BancaEdge MIS reports and provide performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze business, commission, and performance data and highlight trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, reporting completeness, and timely MIS delivery.
