Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Finance Manager to be a trusted finance partner supporting operational and functional leaders. Key job responsibilities - Own end-to-end financial reporting for your business area, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies while mentoring team members on reporting best practices. - Build and maintain financial models and analyses that support operational and growth decisions, presenting findings and recommendations to leaders in clear, concise narratives. - Identify and resolve complex data integrity issues, design improved controls to address emerging risks, and develop scalable and auditable data analysis processes. - Lead individual projects from start to finish — managing timelines, setting priorities, and collaborating across teams to deliver results while removing roadblocks proactively. - Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or scale finance tools and processes across teams, leveraging best practices and technology to improve efficiency.

A day in the life You might start your morning reviewing variance analyses and preparing a financial narrative for an upcoming leadership review. By midday, you are partnering with business stakeholders to pressure-test assumptions in a new investment proposal, building a model that captures multiple scenarios. In the afternoon, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine a control process or mentor a colleague on reporting methodology. Throughout it all, you balance deep analytical work with strategic conversations that keep the business moving forward.

About the team Amazon Robotics Sortable (ARS): ARSs are highly-productive FCs where the items are stored in AR Pods moved by robots to the associate's position, hence the associate does not need to walk to pick the product. The primary functions of an ARS is to receive the items, stow and then pick them from the robotic floor where they are stored and pack them to ship.

Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications: - 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience - 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience - MBA, or CPA - Knowledge of SQL/ETL - Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
