Full description

Financial intelligence for 100M+ users across the world's leading banks.

Meniga builds financial intelligence for the world's leading banks - 100M+ users, 30+ countries. We're not the brand on the app. We're the layer underneath it - the one that makes the data meaningful, the experience personal, and the bank worth opening. Meniga's offices are in London, Reykjavik, Warsaw and Cairo.

THE WORK

We're in the middle of a deliberate shift in how we run infrastructure - moving from an Azure-only world toward a genuine multicloud strategy, starting with AWS. This isn't a lift-and-shift exercise; it's a real architectural and operational shift, running in parallel with active client delivery at European-scale banks. You'll be one of the people making that shift real - hands-on, not from a slide deck.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive the multicloud strategy end-to-end - design, prove out, and operationalise AWS alongside our existing Azure footprint
  • Own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation across environments
  • Partner with engineering squads to make cloud migration decisions that hold up under real client load, not just in theory
  • Keep production systems reliable while the infrastructure underneath them changes
  • Bring AI into the DevOps workflow itself - tooling, automation, testing
  • Push back when a shortcut threatens reliability or security - not as bureaucracy, but because it matters

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Real production experience running infrastructure at scale - not a home lab, not just a certification - systems with real clients depending on them
  • Min. 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years working with public clouds
  • You've worked across more than one cloud provider, or led a genuine migration from one to another
  • Deep with Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform - you can read someone else's IaC and tell them what's wrong with it
  • Comfortable in a regulated or high-stakes environment - on-premises constraints, security requirements, banks that hold you to it
  • AI-native - you use tools like Cursor and Claude Code as a natural part of how you work

TECH

Must have: Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, CI/CD including FluxCD/ArgoCD Nice to have: clusters observability and monitoring stacks, cloud compliance & security controls, Kafka, RabbitMQ, GCP, fintech or other regulated industry experience

WHAT YOU GET

  • Competitive salary: B2B, 20k-25k PLN + VAT
  • Hybrid - 2 days in office, 3 remote
  • Private healthcare, fitness, meal & phone allowance
  • A real multicloud mandate, not a slide deck about one
  • Software that runs inside real global banks, used by millions of people every day

HOW WE HIRE

  • Screening - 30 min call. Real systems, real decisions, real trade-offs, what you've run in production
  • 90 min interview - 90 min. One real infrastructure or migration problem from our environment. AI tools are welcome
  • Meet the CTO - 15 min. How you think about infrastructure, cloud strategy, and reliability at scale
