What are we looking for?

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. This role partners closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, reporting capabilities, and user adoption.

The Salesforce Administrator serves as the primary administrator for the Salesforce environment, driving the implementation of best practices related to system administration, security, automation, reporting, data governance, and release management.

Where you will have an impact

Platform Administration & Support

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and security settings.
  • Maintain system integrity, stability, and performance through ongoing administration and monitoring.
  • Perform regular system audits and proactively address data quality, security, and configuration issues.
  • Evaluate Salesforce releases and coordinate testing and implementation of new functionality.

Automation & Configuration

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce declarative solutions including Flows, validation rules, formula fields, approval processes, assignment rules, custom objects, page layouts, and Lightning pages.
  • Continuously optimize business processes through automation and scalable configuration solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, configuration, and workflow issues

Business Partnership & Requirements Gathering

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Client Management, Provider Enrollment, and other business functions to gather requirements and document business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Assist with testing and validation of system enhancements and changes.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful business insights and support decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership teams to identify key metrics and develop reporting solutions that improve visibility into performance and operational outcomes.
  • Monitor data quality and reporting accuracy across the Salesforce platform.

Data Management & Governance

  • Maintain data integrity through data governance standards, validation controls, duplicate management, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Support data imports, exports, cleansing initiatives, and migration efforts using approved tools and processes.
  • Document and maintain Salesforce configuration, business processes, and administrative procedures.

Integrations & Release Management

  • Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Coordinate system enhancements through sandbox development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.
  • Participate in project planning, solution design, implementation, and post-deployment support.

Training & User Adoption

  • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
  • Promote Salesforce best practices and drive user adoption throughout the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders regarding Salesforce capabilities and platform strategy.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Complete all required documentation in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Experience managing users, security settings, permission sets, and role hierarchies
  • Experience gathering business requirements, translating them into solutions, and documenting and maintaining the documentation library and version control

Licenses and Certifications

This role is compensated on an hourly basis. The expected hourly pay range for this position i$100,000 – $115,000 per hour, based on factors such as experience, skills, and role requirements. Actual pay within the range will be determined during the hiring process and in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
