Are you a highly analytical and technically skilled Business/Data Analyst ready to take ownership of impactful projects and turn complex data into actionable insights? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team for Business Analyst / Data Analyst.

 

In this role, you will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze large datasets, optimize processes, and deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

 

What You’ll Do:

·         Support and execute analytical projects to identify trends, business opportunities, and operational improvements.

·         Translate business requirements into analytical queries, reports, and dashboard solutions.

·         Write and optimize SQL (MySQL) queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources.

·         Utilize Python for data processing, automation, analysis, and reporting.

·         Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports to monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs).

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.

·         Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality across projects.

 

What You’ll Bring:

·         Experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related analytical role.

·         Strong analytical and logical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities.

·         Good proficiency in SQL/MySQL for querying and data analysis.

·         Working knowledge of Python for data analytics (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, automation scripts).

·         Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sisense, or similar platforms.

·         Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
