Shape the Future of Blockchain—Bringing Business On-Chain
We’re offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends (and Autheo) as a part-time Equity Cofounder. Founded in July 2021, Launch Legends is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with the next evolution of Web2 integration—bringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions, DePIN innovations, and decentralized financial infrastructure.
Our flagship project, Autheo, is an AI-enabled Layer-0 Operating System with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain and complete decentralized infrastructure that includes decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces, as well as a full-stack development environment (DevHub)—engineered for scalable enterprise adoption, developer innovation, and real-world blockchain integration.

About Autheo
With nearly 100 equity cofounders from leading companies and institutions—many with advanced degrees and PhDs—Autheo is solving the critical challenges blocking business adoption of blockchain technology.
Autheo Mainnet has been live since May 14, 2026. Staking and transaction fees are operating on-chain. DevHub is available to builders. Sovereign identity (TheoID), decentralized compute and persistent storage through the Autheo Marketplace, AI inference (THEO AI), and post-quantum cryptography are rolling out on Mainnet.
THEO is live. Supply events now hit a real book.
As of October 2, 2026, THEO trades on four Autheo-verified markets across two chains and one centralized exchange, with Enflux supporting liquidity across the venues:
- THEO/USDT on MEXC — first centralized order book, opened October 1, 2026 at 13:00 UTC. MEXC serves more than 40 million users across more than 170 countries and regions. Deposits are accepted on Autheo Mainnet (native THEO). Withdrawals opened October 2, 2026 at 13:00 UTC. MEXC is running a THEO Airdrop+ event from September 30, 13:00 UTC through October 7, 13:00 UTC, with 60,000 USDT in total rewards, under MEXC’s own terms.
- THEO/USDC on Hydrex (Base) — live since August 20, 2026. Official Base contract: 0xebE516a20238F79dc20b07eaD6768e08891Ed309
- THEO/USDG on Uniswap v3 (Robinhood Chain) — live since September 10, 2026
- THEO/NVDA on Uniswap (Robinhood Chain) — live since September 24, 2026, pairing THEO with a Robinhood Stock Token. Official Robinhood Chain contract: 0x3dc751e0da01812e6d9143cc696e7f07ea94da48
Verified trading links, contract addresses, and network information: https://www.autheo.com/token-launch
THEO maximum supply is 7.0 billion. Approximately 5.33% was designated as initial circulating supply at the August 20, 2026 TGE. Validator emissions run on a seven-year schedule. A THEO staking pool on Robinhood Chain, powered by Team Finance, is scheduled to close October 10, 2026.
Key Features
- Layer-0 OS + Layer-1 — Sovereign Cosmos-based coordination layer with an EVM-compatible execution environment, IBC interoperability, and Proof of Autheo consensus.
- DevHub & full-stack SDKs — One workspace for frontend, backend, smart contracts, and orchestration.
- TheoID — Sovereign identity for people, services, and AI agents, with a post-quantum roadmap (Kyber, Dilithium, Falcon / NIST ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA).
- Autheo Marketplace — Decentralized compute, storage, and service markets rolling out on Mainnet.
- THEO AI — Inference and agent orchestration as a native primitive, not a third-party bolt-on.
- DePIN infrastructure — On-chain networks for real-world infrastructure ownership and resource sharing.
Traction
- Mainnet: Live since May 14, 2026. Staking and fees on-chain. Secured by the live validator set (149 active of 156 total as of September 23, 2026).
- Public testnet history: 2 million+ wallets, 10 million+ transactions, 1.1 million+ smart contracts.
- Audits: Halborn (testnet and validator node platform), CertiK (Mainnet and smart contracts), Adevar Labs (Base to Autheo Mainnet bridge).
- THEO markets: Four verified venues — MEXC, Hydrex on Base, and two Uniswap pools on Robinhood Chain — with Enflux as liquidity partner across DEX and CEX.
- Token: THEO, native utility coin. Maximum supply 7.0 billion. Approximately 5.33% designated as initial circulating supply at the August 20, 2026 TGE ($0.05 reference price on Hydrex).
- Organization: Launch Legends Inc., a Wyoming corporation, parent of Autheo LLC. Stewarded in part by the Autheo Foundation. 100+ equity cofounders across 25+ countries.
Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part-time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales, or funding.
ROLE: Director of Token Distribution & Emissions — Autheo | Unlocks, Staking, Node Supply & Market Impact
About the Role
Autheo is recruiting the person who owns what is about to become sellable.
THEO is already listed. VP of Exchanges & Token Markets owns MEXC, Hydrex, Uniswap on Robinhood Chain, Enflux’s coverage of those venues, and the next external listing. Head of Markets / DEX GM owns the Autheo venue. Head of Trading Systems builds the matcher. Head of Risk, Clearing & Oracles writes margin, liquidation, and the oracle. Head of Liquidity & Market Structure brings makers onto the Autheo book. Markets Counsel writes what that book is allowed to list. You do not take any of those seats.
You own the supply calendar and the programs that move it: claims, vesting, unlocks, staking rewards, validator and node emissions, airdrops, and referral or ecosystem incentives. You tell Treasury, VP of Exchanges, and the GM what is about to hit the live book, in size and in date, before it hits. A venue airdrop under MEXC’s terms is not your program. The effect of Autheo’s own emissions on that book is.
This is not a tokenomics redesign. The supply cap, the TGE circulating share, and the seven-year validator schedule already exist. You model them against the live market, run the distribution programs leadership has approved, and flag the unlock that the current depth cannot absorb.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the circulating-supply calendar: TGE float, vesting, unlocks, staking rewards, validator emissions, and any approved ecosystem grant. One sheet, dated, shared with Treasury and VP of Exchanges
- Model each supply event against depth on MEXC, Hydrex, and the Robinhood Chain pools. Say what the book can absorb, and what it cannot
- Run Autheo-owned distribution: claim portals, vesting contracts, approved airdrops, referral and ecosystem incentives. Coordinate engineering on the implementation. Do not invent a program to have one
- Separate venue campaigns from Autheo programs. The MEXC Airdrop+ window, through October 7, 2026, runs under MEXC’s terms. The Robinhood Chain staking pool, through October 10, 2026, has its own contract terms. You report the effect. You do not rewrite either
- Track node and validator emissions against the seven-year schedule, and against the live validator set, so a node-sale narrative cannot drift from what the chain is actually paying
- Publish a weekly supply note: what unlocked, what is staking, what is 30 days out, and which venue is thin relative to that size
- Sit with VP of Exchanges before any unlock large enough to move the MEXC book or the Hydrex pool. Liquidity coverage is their call. The date and the size are yours
- Sit with Markets Counsel before a new distribution program is announced. A rewards program is not a listing, and it is not automatically allowed
- Leave maker obligations, matching, margin, and the next CEX application in the seats that own them
Requirements — Must Have
- Has run or modeled a live token distribution: vesting, claims, an airdrop, or a staking-reward program, after the token was already trading
- Can build a circulating-supply bridge from the contract schedule to what is actually free to sell
- Has put a supply event next to order-book depth and said, in writing, whether the book could take it
- Understands validator or node emissions well enough to reconcile a published schedule with on-chain rewards
- Will take the supply cap and the seven-year emission schedule as given, and will not reopen them as a first act
- Can work under Treasury and beside VP of Exchanges without taking the listing seat or the maker program
Nice to Have
- Layer-1 token launch, including a validator or node program
- On-chain analytics sufficient to reconcile claims, stakes, and transfers without a secondhand dashboard
- Familiarity with Team Finance or an equivalent vesting and staking pool
- Worked a CEX airdrop or deposit campaign as an observer of terms, not as the exchange
- Judgment on agent and ecosystem incentives. A reward that an agent can farm is a supply event
First 90-Day Deliverables
- Circulating-supply calendar through the next two quarters, reconciled to the TGE float, the vesting contracts, and the validator schedule
- A note on the October 7 MEXC Airdrop+ close and the October 10 Robinhood Chain staking-pool close: what changes in free float, if anything
- Depth-versus-unlock table for MEXC and Hydrex, with the first date the book cannot absorb
- Inventory of live distribution programs, each with an owner, a contract, and a stop date
- Weekly supply-note format, sent once before it is a habit
- A written boundary with VP of Exchanges and Head of Liquidity: this seat dates the supply, those seats cover the book
About Our Organization
Autheo is building the Internet operating system: a decentralized coordination layer for the Web, blockchain, and AI agents. The platform uses W3C Decentralized Identifiers as its native identity framework and is anchored by a post-quantum communications and identity roadmap on NIST-standardized cryptography. Operating alongside a sovereign Cosmos-based Layer-0 and an EVM-compatible Layer-1, Autheo is designed so applications, infrastructure, and agents settle in one system rather than five vendor stacks.
The economic layer is already open. THEO trades on MEXC, on Hydrex on Base, and on Uniswap on Robinhood Chain. Supply events are no longer theoretical.
WHY JOIN LAUNCH LEGENDS?
- The coin is already listed. You are not designing a launch float. You are dating what happens to the float that is already trading.
- The listing seat and the maker seat are filled as roles. You will not be asked to open the next CEX or quote the Autheo book.
- Emissions are already on a schedule. Seven-year validator emissions, a live staking pool, and a live venue campaign. The work is reconciling them to the book.
- Equity cofounder, not a contractor seat. You join the same model as the rest of the collective: equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, plus THEO allocation, with salary expected to follow node, token, or funding milestones.
If you have run a distribution after a token was trading, can put an unlock next to depth, and will not reopen the supply cap to get the job, we invite you to take the next step.
Let’s date the supply—on the network that is already live.
