Job Summary

We’re looking for a Project Manager, Customer Programs to lead the successful execution of engine material management contracts while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. In this highly visible, customer-facing role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor program performance, manage financial results, and ensure customer requirements are met from a logistical, technical, and commercial perspective.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage assigned engine material management contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for program performance, issue resolution, and strategic account management.
  • Lead customer business reviews and performance meetings, presenting operational, financial, and technical results.
  • Coordinate with material planning, procurement, repairs, logistics, operations, and product line teams to support material readiness and delivery commitments.
  • Track and report program financial performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact customer satisfaction, contract performance, or financial results.
  • Drive timely resolution of customer concerns and coordinate corrective actions across internal stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, customer experience, and program profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to support long-term business success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, aviation MRO, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving schedules, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and work across functions and organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with commercial aviation engines, engine components, or MRO operations.
  • Knowledge of engine component repair processes and practices.
  • Experience with inventory management, forecasting, or material planning.
  • Technical knowledge of PW4000 engines.
  • Experience using Quantum and customer or program reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with technical product requirements, customer specifications, or contract deliverables.
  • Demonstrated success managing external customer relationships and influencing customer decisions.

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
