We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead advanced analytics efforts supporting FEMA mission operations, cloud initiatives, and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced visualizations, predictive models, and analytic frameworks.
- Provide enterprise-level analytical insights and performance tracking.
- Lead data quality assessments and remediation plans.
- Work with leadership to define analytical KPIs and data governance processes.
- Mentor junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in a related role.
- Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools.
- Strong statistical and analytical modeling capabilities.
- Experience presenting findings to executives.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Analytics Certifications Preferred.
Clearance Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
