About the role

Job Description
1）Lead and develop a multidisciplinary R&D team, including Design, Test, and Project Engineers.
2）Drive development of RF/LF connectivity solutions while achieving quality, cost, and delivery targets.
3）Lead technical reviews, product development, and industrialization activities.
4）Collaborate with customers, suppliers, cross-functional teams, and global R&D organizations.
5）Promote quality improvement, problem solving, and engineering excellence.
Qualifications
1) Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
2) Strong expertise in RF connectivity or LF technologies (High Power Charging, Wire & Cable).
3) Experience with CATIA or other 3D CAD systems and new product development processes.
4) 5+ years of R&D leadership experience in an international environment.
5) Strong communication, customer focus, and leadership skills.
6) Fluent in Mandarin and English.
