This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Desenvolvedora Flutter SR based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to build and evolve high-quality mobile applications within a collaborative and technology-driven environment. You will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from writing and testing code to monitoring applications in production. The position focuses on Flutter development while encouraging strong engineering practices around architecture, quality, security, and performance. You will work closely with other developers to deliver scalable solutions aligned with project requirements and customer expectations. As a senior professional, you will also provide technical guidance, contribute to engineering decisions, and help improve development practices. The role provides exposure to modern technologies, agile methodologies, CI/CD, analytics, automated testing, and cloud-based mobile services. Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with project specifications and requirements.

• Design, implement, and evolve applications for iOS and Android while ensuring consistent functionality, performance, usability, and reliability.

• Write and execute unit and widget tests, identify bugs and technical issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure high-quality deliveries.

• Apply appropriate architecture and design patterns, including Clean Architecture, to build scalable and maintainable applications.

• Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs using request providers and related technologies.

• Work with Git-based version control systems and collaborate effectively with other developers throughout the development lifecycle.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and development workflows, contributing to efficient and reliable software delivery.

• Monitor applications in production, analyse incidents and crashes, and implement improvements to maintain application stability and performance.

• Implement and support analytics, feature management, remote configuration, and other capabilities used to improve application functionality and user experience.

• Maintain clear and useful technical documentation to facilitate future maintenance, updates, and knowledge sharing.

• Provide technical guidance and support to other members of the development team, contributing to high-quality and consistent delivery standards.

• Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and development approaches that can improve software performance, efficiency, and quality.

• Collaborate within Agile teams and participate in practices such as Scrum, continuous improvement, and technical planning.

Requirements:

• Experience developing applications with Flutter.

• Strong understanding of mobile application development and the software development lifecycle.

• Knowledge of Design Systems and their application in mobile products.

• Experience with unit testing and widget testing.

• Understanding of state-management approaches and the ability to select appropriate solutions for different application requirements.

• Knowledge of software architecture patterns, particularly Clean Architecture.

• Familiarity with software design and development patterns such as Facades, Decorators, and similar approaches.

• Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services using request providers such as Dio.

• Understanding of Microservices and Micro Apps concepts.

• Familiarity with TDD and BDD is a plus.

• Knowledge of feature management using Firebase Remote Config or feature toggles.

• Familiarity with Firebase Dynamic Links is a plus.

• Familiarity with crash analysis tools such as Firebase Crashlytics is a plus.

• Knowledge of analytics implementation and Firebase Analytics tagging.

• Understanding of CI/CD development pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.

• Familiarity with code-quality tools such as Sonar is a plus.

• Experience using project and task management tools, preferably Jira.

• Experience managing source-code repositories using platforms such as GitHub or Bitbucket.

• Experience working within Agile environments and methodologies such as Scrum.

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies used in software development.

• Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable.

• English proficiency is desirable.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

• Proactive and continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to research new technologies and translate them into practical engineering solutions.
