Full description

Techsa is looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer, you should have experience in both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with visual design and utility.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development teams to ideate, plan, and implement software solutions
  • Design both client-side and server-side architecture for scalable and maintainable applications
  • Build responsive and visually appealing front-end interfaces using Flutter and web technologies
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize databases and back-end systems
  • Create and integrate well-documented APIs
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure software quality, responsiveness, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
  • Implement security and data protection measures
  • Contribute to reusable, efficient, and maintainable codebases
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development
  • Demonstrated experience with Flutter (for mobile app development) and.NET (C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Solid understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns
  • Solid understanding of.NET technologies and frameworks (C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in Flutter for mobile app development
  • Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and working with communication protocols (HTTP, WebSockets)
  • Competence in database design, query optimization, and working with NoSQL-based systems
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, or GCP)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
  • Familiarity with cross-platform development workflows
