(EOSi), a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to support an Advanced Leadership Development Program (ALDP) for our federal client’s large-scale organization.

Responsibilities
- Manages the Advanced Leadership Development Program from planning through delivery including applications, pre-selection nomination briefings, facilitating selection panels, developing policies and SOPs, and developing program metrics and KPIs.
- Liaises between the federal sponsor, applicants, cross-functional teams, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, and schedules meet or exceed expectations.
- Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Communicates solicitations, guidance, schedules and all relevant information to all stakeholders, including at the executive level.
- Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
- Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
- Drives task completion, tracks risks, and develops mitigation plans.
- Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Project, SharePoint, Teams.
- Clearance: Current possession of a Public Trust, or the ability to obtain one.

- Proven track record of successful project implementations.
- Ability to translate project objectives into clear, actionable requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Estimated Salary/Wage
USD $130,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $150,000.00/Yr.
